Achada Igreja (Village of the church“), 2 km south of Pedra Badejo, 30 min by car from the capital Praia, Santiago Island, Cabo Verde, 500 km off the coast of Senegal.
2km of black, volcanic, sandy beach. Two lagoons (Important Bird Areas!), palm gardens and lush green valleys.
Transfer time from international Airport in Praia: 30 min.
Climate: Winter like European Summer, dry, 20-25 C. Summer up to 27 C. Pleasant sea breeze!
Sea-water temperature: always around 25°C.
